Account Deletion

1. Sign in to MIRROR.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Delete account, tap Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete permanently.

• Uploaded documents and your avatar image
• All memories — notes, saved links and document text
• All Ask MIRROR conversations and messages
• Your profile and your login

Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. Files are removed first, then your data, then your login. If a step fails you'll see an error and can try again.

Limited technical logs kept by our infrastructure providers may persist for a short period under their own retention schedules.

Email clicqr@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We may ask you to confirm you own the account before deleting it.
